I didn't think in terms of borrowed money. that's a good point as to why a delay in converting the oppies might be at hand.

I mean he's already shown confidence holding a good lot of shares so if he doesn't convert the remaining, I guess that can't really hurt us.

less shares on offer would indeed be favourable to the SP.
