    It's an ADS mate, 50:1 share allocation. Therefore, if you divided $13/50 it would equate to the 1 SP unit in Australia. One thing I will point out is I don't think the ADS price is set yet, but, was required for the SEC review. When they're ready to finalize they will do the 5 day VWAP and submit the price.

    I also believe there is SP capping happening at the moment to keep the price where it is.
