with options exercise out of the way, the only benefit in keepnig the SP down is in the price setting of the US ipo process. A lower price for them, implies more upside which should make the story easier to sell. A 1 cent difference in the ASX 5 day vwap share price is approximately 0.50 US cents in the initial ADS ipo price.
