I, as TV did will also try to explain my perspective of Chayas posts. Yes i am a very good friend of Chayas but this is not a "behalf of" by any means.

In response to your first paragraph, it is evident that IHL and its shareholders are now awaiting approval of the SEC application.
The BOD, nor Chaya nor anyone can precisely predict the exact date this will occur. Chaya was providing an approximate date and to hold him to
account is in my opinion somewhat unfair.
It is in the hands of a third party and i am not sure why it is critical that precise timelines are required to be met by you.
We have not yet completed the first week in October.
As a LTH, i am not at all concerned by the what seems to be to some a "delay". What counts is that all is progressing at IXHL land.

In regards to your second paragraph, as a shareholder, are you not comforted by the fact that notwithstanding our CMO was already the holder
of a large parcel of shares, parted with over $8 million to exercise a share option. This in any ones language is a fair chunk of cash.
It would be feasible to presume that the sentiment of the market would look upon this transaction favorably.
The CMO has provided 8 million reasons. Common sense would think that the market in general would follow his lead.
Maybe it was nothing more than bad timing, its a hard one to pick.

In regards to your third paragraph, the rules of the SEC are strict as TV pointed out in his post.
it is my understanding that a "blackout" period is in place during the "transitional" period to listing. These rules cannot be taken lightly
and the BOD will simply not jeopardise in any way, the application.

I am not having a go at you 1ncog, you are entitled to your say and opinion just as much as everyone on this forum.
it is just a prospective and an opinion by another IHL investor.

Sit tight and let everything unfold. i think it will be well worth it.

Personally i feel like I am at Darling Harbour at around 5 pm on the 31st of December, sipping a coldie and looking at the old coathanger, knowing full well that soon, very soon, the fireworks are about to begin
