Scenario 1: SEC will not require any additional reviews after the last F-1/A submission
Scenario 2: SEC require a 3rd review and another F-1/A
In scenario 1 (no extra review) we could expect to be informed around the 13th-15th this month that the roadshow will go ahead
In scenario 2 (an extra review is required) we could expect to be informed of a new F-1/A between the 13th-16th this monthYou are right that we should get an answer soon either way
