Nothing but a personal thought here, it took 5 weeks between submitting Form F1 and the revised version F1A.
between 17th Aug and 28 Sep
this time included SEC review time plus the time IHL to prepare the required clarifications.
we were only notified after the revised form was submitted.
theoretically, SEC will need less time to review the revised form so
it is reasonable to expect the current cycle we are in to take only 4 weeks
we are now starting the third week
so maybe in 2 weeks from now we will see the third form already submitted or the acceptance notice.
