This week is the 4th after submitting the modified form F1A, I think it is fair and realistic to expect to hear back from SEC during this week or max next week.
every company is different in the eyes of SEC, the best reference is IHL itself, it took 5 weeks for SEC to answer the original submission form F1 including the time IHL to do the changes. from 17 Aug till 27 Sep.
