I have to say a little disappointed from the time it took the SEC , the last two updated forms does not really show major updates worth delaying the listing.

no one know how long it will take from here it could be days or another 5 weeks.

Anyway given the peers market caps ( 4-5 multiples) from the current SP, it is well worth the wait. Majority are long term holders I believe so the listing is only the beginning for many, OSA phase 2 results are expect after that.

As many here said, coming to a good investment like IHL takes many years , great management and hot market sector
