IHL has historically and still has a lot of retail punters in it.

Yes pros have been soaking for months now (see Pershing late 2019 post Peloton raise on the broker data soaking tens of millions of shares) and others like Hartleys and Citi but retail still a presence in IHL and can be felt at times with some of these clumsy and silly orders. Would like as many of them out as possible before the REAL newsflow kicks in and we fly.
