Looking at the 3 submitted versions of F1 form, they are all 5 weeks apart, this includes the time taken by IHL to prepare and review the reply, assuming that replying takes 1 week so we can expect the next step to take 4 weeks.
The last submission was 2 weeks ago so we can expect the next step (notice of effectiveness ) in 2 weeks.

On the other hand, the website went live again few days ago so we could take off literally any day.
The timeline is too tight to gamble by selling now and hoping to time it right especially that there are many factors pushing up this stock, it went up from 36 to 56 without anything related to NASDAQ listing.
