I'm not certain about the 4-5 weeks timeline.
You are correct that the rounds have taken that long until now. But I think there is a chance that the next step is the notice of effectiveness, and if that is the case, companies can actually request a date that suits their timeline for this.
It is possible that the last amended F1 filed by Incannex on November 3rd was simply dotting I's and dashing T's: the final touches on an otherwise ready application. These final touches may or may not be something the SEC expressed the need to review in any material sense. If that's the case, Incannex could have already requested by letter a specific date for the SEC to declare their registration effective, and that date could be tomorrow, a week from now, two... we don't know.
Happy to be corrected, but I believe the above is entirely possible.
