I have speculated and others have too that the eventual outcome for IHL if one or more of the trials are successful is that Cannvalate will merge with us.
Cannvalate has expressed interest in listing on the ASX before and has had rounds of seed raised iirc. But they have delayed their listing plans.
IHL is a vehicle for them to foray into the IP world of MM which as Sud says is the future of medicinal cannabis, like GW Pharma. Generic Oils with ever decreasing margins is not the game to win in the end.
Hence the deal struck last year between IHL and Cannvalate. If all goes well with IHL's trials and this outcome does happen, it would make IHL easily the largest and most dominant MM company in Australia. Wouldn't even be close. Largest distributor in Australia by far + soon to be largest oils biz + IP ala GW Pharma? Sorry everyone else.
