Chaya can order cake any day of the week, to celebrate anything he pleases, including Incannex related events. He can talk to anyone he likes, including Joel, and he can even tell people who he spoke to. Chaya is wild and free.
YOU should not have assumed that Chaya was given illegal insider knowledge, and that he was somehow unsubtly 'leaking' it to an internet forum by mentioning he had ordered a cake. Lesson learned hopefully.
