If the shareholders were given a chance to vote. I think everyone will agree with me that the following semi-professional personnel:

- TV
- Rusty
- Flectional
- Malkazoid

will do a better job in public relation, marketing and roadshow than whoever currently employed by Joel. Their accomplishments are far more noticeable than IHL marketing and PR department such as followings:

- setting up subreddit
- email multiple websites to update IHL market cap.
- helping numerous shareholders to gain access to their shares
- keep shareholders up to date and inform on where is everything up to.
- email multiple stockbrokers to chase up the missing shares
- explain the macro conditions to shareholders
- linking the dot and profession of current IHL employees.
- emotionally supporting the shareholders
- Urging shareholders to vote on poll to bring IHL into limelight
- and much more

To be honest, based on the points above, this is a missed opportunity for IHL to employ such talents.
