Hey
@josaint13I hear you. The nature of the process is such that we can't really form expectations. At this point, they could be in for another round of amendment of the F1 form, or they could already have requested from the SEC their preferred date for the registration to become effective. Personally, I'm 90% convinced of the former.
Some believe the roadshow is done and dusted, and have advanced plausible reasons for such. I'm not quite as convinced because even though the relatively small offering of the IPO could be fully subscribed with ease from contacts of our various allies, pitching to as many heavy-hitters as possible allows us the flexibility of expanding the offering, or knowing there will be pre-primed big buy orders at opening on the first day on the NASDAQ. So I think there is a chance there might be another day or two of roadshow, but by Thanksgiving I'd guess it will be over if it is still going.
The expectation the BOD has given us quite a while back was to expect the listing before the end of the year. We're well on track for that, and I still think it will happen no later than the end of November. But it could happen just before or just after Thanksgiving...
The wait is bittersweet for me, rather than disappointing. On the one hand, I'd love the excitement to start now: I'm human. But I also enjoy anticipating something that is almost certainly a done deal... when a good thing is a matter of when rather than if, and when the 'when' is also 'soon'... that's its own type of excitement, right?
Enjoy, and I look forward to celebrating the launch with you and all of us 'soon'...
