Just my attempt at sarcasm as well haha... Even from a bear case, the underlying project has substantial value.
Provided the ASIC is reasonable and in line with similar producers, we're onto a winner.
All of those additional materials listed are nothing more than extra $$$ if they prove economical. Appreciate the number crunch 2IC.
