I think i agree with @PICT oppies are always risky trade. it can pay off.
In this case, it makes sense for everyone not to convert when you can buy the head at the same price.
even at head 1.5 - it is still risky to convert following its historical trend.
having said that, i am a believer of MRQ. it should run soon enough
