The SP is usually being held down at the end of day in the auction, very few times has it held above the VWAP for the day let alone gone up in auction, so I doubt your theory of it being propped up is right, more the other way, but I do understand your thoughts

My theory is people don't like uncertainty, look at the US election, the whole market came down, where there was an idea about who had won the market started to rise again, i feel the same will happen for MRQ
