Director's participation in Right's Issues.

Questions have been raised about the Director's participation and in particular their decision to withdraw from the 2019 0.035 R.I.

2011 - No Rights Issue

2012 - No Rights Issue

2013 - No Rights Issue

2014 - No Rights Issue

2015 - Feb 5. Rights Issue called for $1,782,167 @0.014. It was not fully subscribed.
The Directors indicated a willingness to participate.
The Feldmans through their managing entity purchased 26,813,042 shares for $375.3K

2016 - 21 July. Rights Issue called for $3,052,095 @0.007. It was not fully subscribed.
The Directors indicated a willingness to participate.
The Feldmans through their managing entity purchased 64,532,604 shares for $451.7K

2017 - No Rights Issue

2018 - The Rights Issue was moved to August 2019.

2019 - 21 Aug.  Rights Issue called for $5,950,000 @0.035. It was oversubscribed and not all order requests were filled.
The Directors indicated a willingness to participate which was also approved at a special EGM as part of the company transformation process. The Feldman's withdrew from the R.I .

2020 - 3 July. Rights Issue announced for $4,237,486 @0.005.
The Feldman's indicated a willingness to participate.
