that part is clear..... but Doc was pointing to the fact that we may never have a vaccine....
if that's the case we don't achieve herd immunity anytime soon with the way countries keep getting locked down when there is a surge....
means we will continue the way we are for a Long time unless we move from suppression to herd immunity ...
