They announced they reached an agreement on 1/9.

Allow some time for implementation, I have confirmation they are "starting to use the program now", coupled with some positive feedback.

So, currently from the recent ann;"combined property management portfolio of in excess of 1,000 properties."

Depending on the service tier they are on, and assuming both fit into the 500-1000 category, the current ARR is $8,400 - $18,000.If AO1 get the other 9 they are in negotiations with on board, ARR will be $37,800 - $81,000.

If breakeven is ~$1million worth of ARR, 200 agencies on board (with 500-1000 properties) would generate $840k - $1.8mil depending upon the service tier. There are 6500 agencies managing properties in Australia (avg 200 properties, but target the larger ones first right?).

It will be interesting to see the growth rate of customers over the coming 12 months. The product is still in development, so making assumptions rollout may start slow whilst they iron out any issues / complete the recently announced new features.
