Yep the cap raise last year resulted in a pretty decent increase in SP and it was also really oversubscribed aswell, my application was significantly scaled back at the time. It was however only a matter of time before the SP was back down at 0.005 and now the shares were only more diluted..

Hopefully they take this recent increase in SP as an opportunity to get a capital raise out of the way and then once the sort out their finances I will be rushing to get back in! as previously stated, good company with a good product that solves a very unique but very real problem
