You clearly didn't read my post, I didn't say $65 per month per property. Read my first post here, you probably won't under it though anyway.
The pricing structure is also pretty old and has probably changed since then.
Spinning it as a per month figure without specifying a time frame and laughing like it's a bad thing, comes across as down ramping to me.
