I think people are selling becuase they have become inpatient waiting for the NASDAQ listing. Quick money to be made elsewhere. Its worth the wait in my opinion, particularly noting the partners coming online within the next quarter or so. A market update regarding the NASDAQ listing would be very helpful to shore up the SP in the short term.
