So, essentially, we have a situation where Tesla signs a "binding" offtake agreement with SYR for their yet-to-be validated PSG or Active Anode Material as they call it ... hence today's flakey ann (pardon the pun) with heaps of condition precidents. And, yet Urbix, who have had their testing plant in operation for far longer than SYR's... and, I might add, achieves far superior purity at 99.99%+ compared to SYR who achieves 99.95%. Go figure! Getting pretty sick of the cold-shoulder sh!te in this neck of the woods. But, on a brighter note, maybe it'll be a great consolation to BEM holders that SYR leads the way as it has once before (and ends up missing the mark) !
