A 'Tier 1' jurisdiction is something of a misnomer these days, with countries traditionally given this title facing increasing capex and AISC, and even some regulatory risk if you consider things like the recent QLD coal tariffs.
On the other hand you have companies in Africa like WAF and PRU doing very well and remaining competitive.
You also have plenty of existing resource players in Madagascar and even a comparative project to BEM up the road in Nextsource.
So all well and good to have an opinion, but when all your posts just sh*tcan, then it all starts to look a bit odd.
