This dumping is passing from one seller to the other so who have majority share can influence the vote. Current board is quite maybe due to some legality . They must show some leadership if they one to survive or they gave up because they know they be out. SH suffer because management in disagreement, it is all about my job not SH . We have the resources but not managing cost .
