It’s obvious you’re struggling to grapple with what I’m alluding to.
It’s fairly straightforward…unless of course, you’re trying to portray yourself as some type of stock market guru just wanting to comment for the sake of commenting.
Bud, I know what the company’s assets are secured against in terms of their loans. That’s not the point I’m discussing.
The company’s debtors will be far less likely to want to renegotiate their loan terms when it’s apparent the company’s market cap is dwindling.
But to suggest then that they simply wouldn’t care because they can always recoup their debt via the company’s assets is misguided IMO.
