No, that's not what I said at all and I think you know this. Of course they care about recovering debt. What they don't need to care about is the market cap of the company because they're not going to be trying to sell the equity. They will be looking to sell the assets in the event of administration. So long as the assets (~$500M) are worth more than the unpaid debt (~$77M) - which very much looks to be the case here - they will be sleeping quite easily, knowing they will recoup their losses one way or the other. Thus the "value" the equity market puts on the company is largely irrelevant to them.
