I think its worth asking because it may mean there is no proposed second australiam director which would lead to suspension until one was found. Alternatively, if the motion does not pass you have BoD who dont care and wont change what theyre doing.
Although they might get by through the quarter by the skin of their teeth i dont see a way through cyclone season if disrupted once inventory is sold through.
