Saying "They have the clause there because they need capital for short creek" although they do not express themselves concretely at all is at least questionable. Why do they write about going concern, if they just needed additional capital for another mine (Short Creek)?
By the way, should they generate the cash flow they (and we) hoped for, there would be enough money in the coffers to finance Short Creek.
