Spot on with 4 reasons.

# 1 ) would be surprised if thats not corrected after " sample " shipments.

# 2) Old news ..all that general malaise has improved

# 3) Sympathy to the 67c participants ..but done & dusted

# 4) No CR as the latest circa 42M$ placement with 81c conversion chops out that.

So it would seem the ship might just get the sails full of wind in not too distant future.
Most other producers have had a stellar run in recent past.
Lets hope this horse starts galloping..
