Management have said little re price drop - Why? IMHO they let shs decide given the qtrly and while Management have obviously been discussing the need for funds (certainly to ensure cash meets Collins st event of default re set cash held), with Regal's support this has given Regal a bounty chiefly because trains did not come and shs panicked. I would suggest all is above board and company just needed to allow 10 days to determine VWAP - $3m already drawn though maybe all $5m since cashbook on debt said all drawn $0. All just to meet cash requirement in very short term.
