There is definitely a motivated seller. I have accumulated plenty in recent weeks and have been filled every time. This is what happened last time prior to the re-rating. I am expecting history to repeat itself. To say that Chrisp and Mencel are cautiously optimistic is a gross understatement. Chrisp has put his money where his mouth is and is walking what he is talking. I will continue to accumulate.
