    Think NAIF will want to see the quarterly results and operational income/costs as part of the due diligence. Probably another month or so before it goes through the various approvals and if they can submit the papers for the NAIF Board's approval. Think the last one was approved in Jan so either nothing worthy or they don't meet that regularly.
