    doesn't make sense if he is selling at "market prices" as another poster said CXM has been stating in its quarterlies. if it's a market price it should be transparent to all involved - customers and shareholders. what you are saying is that he is not selling at market, so in fact, some customers may be receiving hefty discounts (or premiums?) to market, therefore requiring some sort of confidentiality? nothing adds up
