I think the customers could work it out eventually if they are paying above and below given this will be disclosed in the financials. Logically it would make no sense if they were not getting market prices given the demand unless they are totally commercially inept but I disagree that they are confirming of receiving this price in the quarterly. All they are quoting is the statement that the world benchmark price is $345. If it was for some reason they didn't get this price you wouldn't win in court as no where in the report did they say they were actually receiving this price.

End of day might be alright and we'll be making bank but guess it's just frustrating for some to languish where we are at and wanting that confidence in our investment. A simple thing to do at the end of the day unless they waiting for a big bang to go with Naif Funding, equity raise at high prices etc.
