I doubt that's the case. Based on my interactions, my guess is that he is personally fully tapped-out for capital. I'm sure if he had the coin, he'd have exercised. Those options were still in the money - though not as much as they once were.

Onwards and upwards from here. 2024 is looking pretty strong from as cashflow & profitability standpoint.
