I think that the posters here need to relax. Go long and go strong will calm the farm. The metrics are coming even if they are belated. I am loaded with so many options and the main that this is going intergenerational. I will continue to challenge the directors as they need some instructional and symbolic leadership. They are learning and are grateful.
