This PFS does not even take into consideration that the resource is open. The next steps could triple or quadruple the resource which would have an overwhelming impact on the valuation. This resource could be sold for 200 million in the open market today - that is a 10X multiplier. I bought more today and will keep on accumulating. This could be worth millions.
