MAP isn't at 780 a ton. MAP futures are publicly traded so its very easy to look up prices. Currently around $710, still very high compared to historic averages but not 780 (source:https://www.cmegroup.com/markets/agriculture/fertilizer/map-cfr-brazil.quotes.html). Rock Phosphate prices is far more informative for CXM as their phosphate isn't being used in the production of MAP. The most reliable source of rock phosphate prices is the world bank which publishes commodity price data on the second business day of every month (US time) which just happens to be tomorrow so keep an eye out on that if you want a better indicator of the immediate prices achievable in the phosphate market.
