Why not get a few of all three, that's what I've done. AEV probably has the biggest upside potential but GIB and CXM have better MD's. CXM has a bit of a cloud over it till the issue is sorted. All three give good exposure the the Australian phosphate sector and it one takes off the others will most likely follow.
