The haulage issue is not a big one. Mencel is proactively working through it. He has announced this to the market. On the other issue, I think a simplified calculation with an acknowledgment that there are numerous variables is useful, The Ardmore metrics are exceptional - and according to the historical PFS study with the adjustment for substantially higher revenues - we are looking at circa $175 per tonne profit. Multiply this by 800,000 tonne per year and we have $140 million profit. This is crazy.com and is realistic. Our share price and market capitalisation are unsustainable - l keep on accumulating.

17,000 - 20,000 tonnes a week carted 80km over public roads is not an insignificant logistical issue.
