I liked the look of the access road, all weather construction, built for long term use, good foresight.

I also noticed 2 really old dozer push test slots in the foreground. Nothing noteworthy there.

My Takeaway is they are behind in the short term, looking like another fee from royalty holder but there is evidence of long term planning and evidence of something else coming soon, either continuation of mining or construction of a much bigger plant.

Thanks seems like the likely outcome and i would imagine this would have been planned given SCF would probably argue even the pilot plant is not commercial mining. Hopefully folks don't freak out and its just a cost of doing business when the announcement hits.
