Will food prices and fertiliser prices come down if Russia is escalating in this war? No way.
Does Australia and New Zealand need to cut reliance on imported fertiliser? Absolutely more important now than ever before.
Does the rest of East Asia want to secure fertiliser supply and food security at all costs. Yep.
Scary times but I still can't think of a better place to park my cash.
Certainly have forgotten about buying investment property, likely won't get that urgent for a few years.
Dont want to feed money into the fire which is ETF investing, dollar cost averaging into massive losses is going to be futile for the foreseeable future.
Maybe oil / gas. Food and fertiliser. These are the safe havens now.
