Not sure how you get 30% for AEV when they themselves say they plan at mining below at 28% quality (10th of Nov) in a project full of impurities that would be rejected by most ag players. (Hence the Cathode rotation). Wouldnt be shocked to see MOU though before chrostmas just to get the pump going.
