Mt Isa Gets summer storms but not often, so would be like 20mm in an hour then nothing for 2 weeks kinda shit.

I think the reason why dont move are 2 fold, one the legal case and 2, just timelines about reaching full capacity are very opaque.

Many companies dont realise full value until few months away from full cash flow. refer to STA, WAF, TIE, ADT of recent examples.

We also do need to get the debt now, tersm could be an issue ect. dont see why entry at 15 or lower wont be avalible
