@Shellbell. It's very possible that we will have a cottage industry start up with EV conversions FROM ICE to EV. It costs about $20,000.00. So if you have and ICE car you don't want to sell. You can covert it to EV for about a 1/3rd the price of a new EV.
As I said, it's a cottage industry in its infancy, but it's an option for those that love there cars. I have a Suzuki SCross, just love it it bits.
