EGR have been running a pilot plant out of Germany for the last four years. Much test work has been done in conjunction with yet to be named battery manufacturers. Testing and qualification is well advanced, with Kwinana stage one at 5,000tpa approaching commencement of development. The engineering studies for that are nearing completion.
