EGR are indeed looking to get initial supply from Technograf. They are progressing financing for their Epanko tenement in Tanzania, with KfW and other parties working on a bankable debt structure. If they can get that up and running, then supply issues will not be a problem. Been a long road to date, but KfW and ThyssenKrupp(offtake partner) have stayed the course. ThyssenKrupp have even doubled down on supply from Kwinana, with a(non binding) offtake agreement for SPG.
